UI to see logs

Right now, logging requires server access.

We'd like, in a protected admin/dev area, the ability to see logs as they happen.

Could we do this with a special dom4j/slf4j appender which we could configure dynamically, and then intercept the log messages from there? Or just load the file on disk?
