Python library for script development

Python is quite popular at my organization. A small python library to create .bonsai files might be useful because it will allow people who already know python to perform bonsai development in a more familiar way. It could even include a .bonsai html renderer so we can keep simple visualizations under source control when we make changes to our scripts.
