Stars - "Sort by:Recently Active" as Default.

The question it's problably on the title....... why it's not available this feature ? The default value for this it's "Recently Starred" and apparently there's no option to set a default value. i thinks "Recently Active" it's the best solution to track all github and view all recent commit in all yours starred github pages...
