buildbot.nix-community.org breaking changes

• Individual status checks for builds will be removed.

• The meta "everything builds successfully" check will change to buildbot/nix-build, previously it was buildbot/nix-eval.

These changes will require updating github required status checks and mergify rules.

In the next few days I'll disable buildbot CI on all repos and deploy the buildbot update.

If the repo doesn't require any changes: I'll re-enable buildbot CI for that repo immediately.

For repos that require changes:

• For repos that only use github required status checks I'll update the settings, re-enable CI and notify the repo maintainers.

• I'll open PRs to update mergify config and/or github settings app config.

• If a repo requires multiple changes I'll ping the maintainers of the repo.
