Add @everyone and @here. @everyone mentions everyone, even those who are not online and @here mentions those who are online and have the right to watch any channel. Also add so that you can prohibit these mentions in roles, for ordinary participants @everyone and @here will not work if you prohibit a participant from these rights on the server
