With the release of libctru-2.1.2 and the 2023-02-16 Rust nightly, TLS works correctly, even on that rapier2d example! After almost a year since that investigation I'm so happy to see more libraries (and more performance, thanks to native thread_local) being unlocked. Let's celebrate 🥳
By "celebrate", I mean "update the minimum nightly version in cargo-3ds and the Github Actions", of course.
