Since playing in fully rspawn gives you a new teleportation point, this makes the GladesTown.Teleporter -> GladesTown.CaveBurrowEX path by "falling" during the teleportation animation possible without getting a new actual teleporter.

Make seedgen set the NonGladesTeleporter state to true if you spawn somewhere else than at GladesTown.Teleporter, so logic knows that you can get this pickup.
