"Redirected value for Wikidata tag" links #519

When you click a Q-Item link in this window, Osmose redirects you to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Nearby#/page/Q55373910
I think it should redirect you to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q55373910 instead

Seems to work as intended for brand:wikidata redirects instead.

This project it itself based on wikidata...
