Migrate from GtkSpell to gspell #12

gspell seems sufficiently feature-complete enough that it could replace both GtkSpell and PyEnchant, thus having one dependency less and also making Windows-packaging potentially easier with not having to deal with conflicting enchant DLLs etc. |
With PyEnchant being now unmaintained, replacing both would make sense. |
Fixed in a series of recent commits. Both PyEnchant and GtkSpell are gone now, replaced with gspell. |
