Requirements

This issue is for weighing the tradeoffs currently of how digital ocean manages a docker based app vs letting them handle the node server directly.

Things to investigate
- how do you monitor things like cpu/mem
- what happens in the app hits an error (should it restart?)
- server restarts
- rolling deployments (where the app doesn’t go down every time we deploy)
- errors and logs
- and more!
