Extend table "array" value modes #792

As of Arranger 3.0, we'll only include a few different display formats for array fields, but several more can be added:

first N values
last N values
only the Nth
pills

and a nice to have would be a "show more" that displays beyond a limit

justincorrigible added the new-feature label
