Update the text in README files to name the packages after Score instead of ICGC DCC.
This includes the titles which all reference ICGC DCC, and sometimes descriptions that follow.
Note: despite casual reference to this application as Score, throughout the documentation in this code base the formal way to reference score is SCORe. For example:
CHANGES.md - Remove this whole file. It is has not been maintained, and the git releases and commit history are a better reference now.
INSTALL.md - remove this whole file, this is environment specific installation instructions.
Additional context
The above list is all instances of the string "icgc" across all .md files, but it is worth taking a read through all the READMEs at this point to find any other project specific reference and rewriting it for use as a generic product.
