Windows 2008 R2 x64
ModSecurity IIS 2.7.3

When installed, any application pool set to 'Enable 32-Bit Applications' TRUE will fail to stay running, they will instantly crash after IIS starts up. Removing ModSecurityIIS restores functionality of the app pool/website.

The support for different application pools versus operational system bitness is implemented and under test at: https://github.com/SpiderLabs/ModSecurity/tree/iis_installer
