One should be able to type something into the password field.
You can't select the password field
To enter your password, you have to click exactly in the part between the label and the bottom border right beneath the 'P'
Operating system: Debian 7

I can’t reproduce this anymore, and it was probably fixed through the removal of the show password toggle.
