Upload New file from URL via IE

Steps to reproduce:

Upload New file from URL.

Expected result:

After upload is finished, the file appears in the list.

Actual result:

Uploaded file appears in the list only after page refresh.

Client configuration:

Browser: IE 8-10
OS: Win XP, 7, 8

Can you give more information about the file ? Is it any file or is it an empty file ?

How do you upload the file ? Using the Web UI ?

From your report it looks like it might be from the "New" menu, clicking on the "From link" entry ?

@PVince81 uploaded file has any format. Other answers - yes. I use the "New" button, then "From link".
