updater-buttons

To reproduce:

  1. Install owncloud-9.0.0 tarball
  2. Go to admin page
  3. Switch channel to "daily"
  4. Refresh page
  5. Click "Open updater"

The buttons look ugly, and they don't look like usual ownCloud buttons.
Also, they are missing a hover effect that confirms to the user that these are indeed clickable.

  • improve button styles
  • disable "start" button after run (if not already, it doesn't look disabled)

Which are buttons here except the start button?
