Improve usefullness of remoting #18

This is in general done to allow forwarding the modules from the desktop session (such as the GNOME keyring or physical tokens the console user can access) to NetworkManager helpers (think VPN daemons or wpa_supplicants) running in system scope.

This allows us to do nested locking within one thread avoiding a lockup
when remoting the p11-kit-proxy.so module.

The Windows NT mutex is aready recursive by default.
This allows us to remote the proxy module. No reason that wouldn't be
allowed.
This allows making a PKCS#11-enabled application that doesn't link to
p11-kit to use a remote module easily.

The remote is set up using P11_REMOTE environment variable, for a lack
of a better mechanism to pass data to the PKCS#11 module.

I've removed the fd remote from the patchset. Stef suggested using a UNIX socket instead and that in fact might be a better idea.

I'm keeping the rest here until it's ready (and the fd remote will probably be completely unnecessary): https://github.com/NetworkManager/p11-kit/tree/lr/NM-remoting2

Discarding this. It has a large overlap with #15 -- let's just continue there.

Reads after the end of the array happen when removing elements as well
as if the last element was removed. Note that the new if is required
because memmove() expects a size_t as length, so we must ensure that it
can not be negative.

Reads after the end of the array happen when removing elements as well
as if the last element was removed. Note that the new if is required
because memmove() expects a size_t as length, so we must ensure that it
can not be negative.
