The first item is not automatically selected after the page is switched

Using the Vercel command menu from the example on the website, as shown in the video below, when selecting “Search Projects” to enter the subpage, should the first item be automatically selected?

If the first item value on the subpage is not fixed, is there any method to keep the first item selected programmatically?
