Description:

In Pactus Wallet, the memo should be displayed before signing the transaction. This is particularly useful for users when depositing on an exchange that requires a memo.

Enhancement for GUI:

The memo should also be displayed in the transaction confirmation dialog in the GUI, ensuring users can confirm it before finalizing the transaction.
