I am using this theme to create a personal web page. Everything is fine except for the header showing the url of my github repo for this github page (see the image below). How do I remove this? I only have _config.yml file and I have tried everything mentioned on the internet but nothing works.

You need to override the default.html layout.
I just did this for myself. You can check it here: https://github.com/IzaacJ/izaacj.github.io/tree/main/_layouts
Note that I added an option for it. If you copy my default.html, all you need to do is add show_githublink: false in your _config.yml

@HimGautam - I see you moved onto a new theme, but for anyone else looking, here is what I found for those that don't need the View on Github page or the downloads, as a whole...

Just put this in your assets/css/style.scss (note the #downloads is an override of what is in the default scss file of the template). This basically changes the display inline to "none" and thus not showing on your page.

@import "{{ site.theme }}";

#downloads .btn {
  display: none;
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}
