Localize Bible Book Names

User Story
As a user, I want to see Bible book names in my UI language so that I am confident I am where I think I am and don't accidentally translate the wrong verse or put the translation of a verse in the wrong book.

Description
In the book selector (and any other reasonable places, e.g. S/R), display the localizations of Bible book names (if none exist, the localizer already tries to find a localization in a related langauge and if that doesn't work it will go the english).

Consider adding this in https://github.com/sillsdev/scripture? Pretty sure C# https://github.com/sillsdev/libpalaso/tree/master/SIL.Scripture localizes names.
