Configure Check - Checks are not responsive in certain cases or consistent

Describe the bug
On the Configure Check webview the list of checks with the checkboxes is displayed. The selection of checkboxes is not behaving consistently

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Scripture Editor with zzz6_2021-08-16 project from the main hamburger menu
2. Open the Configure Checks .. on the webview menu on zzz6_2021-08-16 project
3. Verify that Configure Checks - zzz6_2021-08-16 webview is displayed
4. Click on the 'Character' check box and then click on 'Repeated Words' checkbox
5. Notice that the Repeated words check box is not clickable.

Note: This behavior is not consistent, some cases it works. Unselect and reselect does not work in some cases.

Expected behavior
Should be able to check and uncheck the list of available checks at all times.
