Menu toggle to search in PT9 project folder does not show state

Describe the bug
It is unclear if the toggle is turned on or off.
This is a problem as it can cause uncertainty if my Paratext 9 projects are safe from any edits done in Platform or not.

To Reproduce
Open Platform
Click on the hamburger menu icon
CLick "Toggle Include My Paratext 9 Projects"
Observe that this menu item is unchanged and there is no indication if now you are including them or not

Expected behavior
Either visually toggle the state (e.g. using a checkbox) or change the message on click
