After global installation with Yarn, parcel doesn't start (and close the command line)

this is not a Parcel problem, but I was confronted with this and it took me a long time to find the solution, so if you encounter this message:

"$basedir/../../Users/{username}/AppData/Local/Yarn/config/global/node_modules/.bin/parcel.cmd"   "$@"
exit $?
