Username already in use with 2captcha

When I try to use 2captcha key, it always says "Username already in use" even when it is not. I am able to create the same user with manual captcha solving.
I was able to create accounts about 2 weeks ago without any issues.
Using newest version now, clean reinstall.

I get the same "Username already in use" error. (username is available, though) Using manual captcha solving.
