It needs to include the steps to deploy a parachain and add XCM configs. This should be done such that:

  • All steps are documented as good as possible in a reproducible, code-backed fashion. If not possible, make an issue in Polkadot-sdk and describe the issue, eg. like this.
  • All backing topics are well explained in ref/rust-docs.
