Populate results with icons

Great workflow @pasela !

It's similar to tupton/alfred-chrome-history but provides faster results and better fuzzy search. The only thing I miss from that other workflow is the display of the site icons.

I don't know how to port the python from chrome.py to Go, but in case you're feeling ambitious... 🙂

@alaneuler That's nice! One thing I noticed, the 1.1.0 release when imported into Alfred, still has v1.0.1 shown.
