When testing, I noticed that all HTML was hardcoded into the bottle application. It is more efficient to create an index.tpl and place html inside of the template. Then you can easy add in Javascript if needed.

This is intended for the time being. Since this is learning project, I didn't want to jump too far ahead. I wanted to keep it simple for this sprint then increase complexity as the Dev team becomes more familiar with how the modules work.
