Document permissions change after recreating in pdffiller

Hello, I'm having problems with pdffiller, before using the tool, the PDF document opens normally in Acrobat Reader DC.
After using the tool, when opening Reader, the PDF starts to display the error:

"This Document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader. This document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer avaiable. Please contact the author for the original version of this document."

ShouldFlatten is false, so the problem is not with that. So it seems to me that it may be something about the internal configuration of the tool.

The document before going through pdffiller opens normally in Acrobat Reader, and I can change it and save without problem, which still works.

Can you help me?
