Some fixes needed.

Hi,

I just want to tell you some problematic places. Sorry I couldn't find how to solve thats why I open this issue.

1. On Home screen Add-ons menu there is string "Shortcuts" you should get rid of it on the top left.
   
2. On both Home menu & Media shelf customizer's have some backround problem on Add-ons menu.
   
3. Better to unify context menu like Left menu look and feel.
   
4. On Turkish Qwerty keyboard row 2&3 not fit. Also there is one more key on the end of row 2. Maybe you want to add keyboard layout change button instead of IP?
   
5. On some views there is problem about "Frame Slider"'s effects. They are not smooth. Problematic slider frames are in Panel view(502) / Icon view(53). Maybe you did on purpose.
6. On File Manager there is no Progress about copy & move actions. It's hard to tell when it's finishing.
7. On Video OSD, buttons(play/stop/rewind etc.) appear faster then background border. Need some fix on animation.

6th should be fine as well. 3rd should look different so you know which is which (especially for new users). 5th is fine here. Try disabling background fan-art and see if it makes any difference.

I already have pull request but you don't like to pull I guess :) Anyways maybe after your changes it can't be pulled...

I am still going to be insist 5th request. Frame Slider's lines disappear while sliding.
