I run view.py and there are two boxes and I saw a load file button below each boxes. What folders do these two buttons correspond to?
What process should I do next?Thank you in advance.

You can use two load buttons at the same time. For example, one annotation is marked with a red box and another annotation is marked with a blue.

Do I need to load the image folder of the SVHN dataset before load the annotation folder? I tried to do that but it didn't work.
Thank you for your time.

@AmethystZeroAtwell did you figure out how to load the images? If so, can you please share how to do it? Thanks

I've first loaded the image folder using 'File' which is on the top left corner above. Next I've added Annotation folder using 'load file', I was able to locate the bounding boxes but not the values of them (label).. Thank you
