I am using Windows 11 and Java "jre-8u401-windows-i586.exe".
I firstly encountered the bug mentioned in #31, and fixed it by selecting an existing MP4 file as target.
Then, when I hit "generate", the converter gets stuck to step "Generate video file..." at time code "00:00:00,000", even if I wait 30 minutes.
In task manager, I see 1% to 0% processor activity and 0% hard disk activity.
I encounter this bug with both telemetry-on-video v1.2.12 and telemetry-on-video v1.2.9 releases.
