Main menu button no longer present

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade to v 0.50.9
2. Open document
3. No vertical ``..." main menu button in the lower Android menu bar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A main menu button; no button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v. 0.50.9

Please provide any additional information below.

Device is running Android version 4.3.

Is it works if click to center of screen (there is tap action to show main 
menu)? 
And if long click of center (there is options, where you could enable action 
bar in under "Appreance')?
