Utensils/Kitchenware

Core

  • 1/4 cup
  • Pyrex mL container

Ingredients

  • 100g (3/4 cup) flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300mL milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda (trialing this out to see fluffiness)
  • some olive oil (optional)

Steps

  1. Mix salt and flour
  2. Make well in centre and crack 2 eggs over
  3. Add about 50mL of milk and whisk til everything combines
  4. Slowly add milk while whisking
