- 1/4 cup
- Pyrex mL container
- 100g (3/4 cup) flour
- 2 eggs
- 300mL milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda (trialing this out to see fluffiness)
- some olive oil (optional)
- Mix salt and flour
- Make well in centre and crack 2 eggs over
- Add about 50mL of milk and whisk til everything combines
- Slowly add milk while whisking
