Build of pgsql directory uses compiler reported by pg_config #240

If you're not building postgres on your own system, only pgpointcloud, the compiler reported by pg_config may not exist on your system.

That's more or less expected when using the PGXS build system for PG extension modules. Using make -C pgsql CC=foo should work, though.
