pgpointcloud for CentOS 7 #285

Can we build pgpointcloud for PostgreSQL 13.3 in Centos 7. I tried to build it and during make command i got the following error

pc_pgsql.h:81:46: error: unknown type name ‘FunctionCallInfoData’
PCSCHEMA* pc_schema_from_pcid(uint32_t pcid, FunctionCallInfoData *fcinfo);
