Add documentation for the Archlinux AUR package of Phalcon

First of all, thanks for a great PHP framework, secondly this isn't really an issue :).

I've been experimenting with Phalcon a little and have developed an Archlinux AUR PKGBUILD for the project. You can find the PKGBUILD here: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=61950

I'm happy to maintain the project in the Arch User Repository for you, if that's ok?
