Why not publish?

The extension seems to work just fine. Is there a reason not to publish?

@jenshaase I think this is an interesting question. What about publishing this extension so everyone can install it with one click? Or is there any blocker for this? (I don't use VS code, but I guess it would be possible to do this somehow)

Ah yes. I once tried to have a look what's needs to be done to publish this. However, after the first look of the documentation it was that easy and I ran out of time. I try to find another time slot and publish it.
