For some reason when the homology OWL file loaded into the KB (http://purl.org/phenoscape/demo/phenoscape_homology.owl), the evidence instances are having rdf:type triples asserted to their indirect types. Need to figure out where this is happening and try to avoid it. See phenoscape/phenoscape-kb-web-ui#46
