nUnit 3 is out in the wild, and I've had a few requests for support of nUnit 3 test results.

Create a project in https://github.com/picklesdoc/pickles-testresults for nUnit 3.
try to get nUnit 3 to execute tests marked up with nUnit 2 attributes (SpecFlow doesn't support nUnit 3 yet)
Alternative: manually change the generated code (yuk).
Add a new test result parser

Released in version 2.2.0.
