The current mime package version 1.6.0 is 6yrs old, would it be possible to upgrade the mimes lib (with updated db) ?

If so I can work on that on a PR.

I see the latest version of mim does not support chartset anymore, maybe that can be a blocker

It's also dropped CommonJS support in the 4.0.0 release, which is causing fun times already for me sine this package is CommonJS and loading ESM from CommonJS using require is a no-no.
