该日志对应的代码是：https://github.com/pingcap/tidb-binlog/blob/release-5.1/cmd/drainer/main.go#L73
为 main 函数最后一行，说明 drainer 退出码为 0，此时 systemd 会认为 drainer 是正常退出，于是不会重启。
