Upload snapshots in batches

We currently upload snapshots as they're taken in the booth. We should implement a bus-like system where we store up our snaps and send them off once we have a certain number or have reached a count threshold.

We already have support for batching snapshots on the server.

This should reduce the load on our servers and may speed up snapshot capturing (this will depend on our implementation)
