Engineering Considerations/Implementation Sketch
- Add onDuplicate to ActionMenu props
  - Always enabled, never hidden
- Use current onClone action in DraftModComponentListItem
- Change cloneActiveModComponent thunk so it doesn’t remove the mod metadata from the clone
  - Double-check that fresh brick instance ids are generated
