startOnMonday not working correctly

Providing false to the startOnMonday property does not change the calendar at all.

I have also identified an issue with startOnMonday.

When set to true, it causes a display issue where the date is on the correct day of the week.

See example in the screenshot. Tuesday the 26th April is the correct date, however the calendar date displays Monday the 26th April (which is incorrect)
