(Bug) Can submit a transaction despite error message 'Exception thrown in contract code'

What is your issue?

Steps:

1. Open account with non-zero balance
2. Click 'Send', enter address the contract account, ex. 0x06f0fe2c6be188b55049da39c9d7ca6ee9b6bf7c , Ropsten . Click 'Next'
3. On screen 'Confirm transaction' click 'Submit'

Expected result:

• button 'Submit' should be disabled since transaction will be failed anyway
• notification message 'transaction failed'

Actual result:

• can submit transaction despite error message
• notification message 'transaction confirmed' but transaction was failed
