  • What is the current behavior and expected behavior?

Delegating to all tracks does not work on Kusama. After submission and beach balling for a few minutes, a red error message appears with "Invalid". This transaction is however not invalid but probably too large due to a recent bug/feature mentioned here and here.

  • What is the motivation for changing the behavior?

If the UI gives the option to delegate to all tracks, the call should work. Until these batch calls for all tracks work again, the easiest solution would be to split it into two separate batch calls.
