Steps to reproduce the bug

I apologize for my bad English.

1. Enable SponsorBlock.
2. Enable automatic video switching.
3. Enable video with advertising.
4. Wait until the video ends and switches automatically.

Expected behavior

The segments on the timeline should update to match the segments for the current video.

Actual behavior

The segments on the timeline do not change. The timeline displays the segments from the previous video.
