Not able to Start a clinical quality measure calculation by call api /api/queries #277

Hello,
While post the bellow data on API /api/queries

{"measure_id":"40280381-51f0-825b-0152-227c2f851589",
"effective_date":1419984000,
"providers":["5909a4bb1d41c8078183bcbd"]}

I am Getting bellow error.

I am getting undefined method `years_ago' for 1419984000:Fixnum

Can any one help me out to find the solution.
