illegal instruction 4 / 11 error #15

When running this application on an osx 10.9 it works fine.
When Im using the same libraries linked by using export (which I also use on the 10.9) on an 10.7.5 or earlier it gives me this error

Illegal Instruction 4

or an

Illegal Instruction 11

What can be the meaning of this error?
I builded it on an 10.7.5
